Job Responsibilities:
Lead and organize group and individual exercise programs to help people (clients) to improve their health and fitness. As well as work with clients on a 1 on 1 personal level

Job Duites:
Lead energetic classes, constantly motivate people to achieve a healthy lifestyle
Including but not limited to:

  • fitness assessments, consultations and introduction sessions for new clients
  • demonstrating activities for clients to follow
  • showing clients how to do exercises properly and at the appropriate level
  • supervising clients to make sure that they are exercising safely and effectively
  • leading group exercise classes
  • creating personal exercise programs
  • giving advice on healthy eating and lifestyle
  • you may also carry out routine duties, such as at reception and health and safety checks.

Personal Trainer and Group Instructor Qualifications:
Results Driven, Persistence, Time Management, Customer Service, Selling to Customer Needs, Prospecting Skills, Motivation for Sales, Professionalism, Product Knowledge,  Internal Certification, Willingness to learn, follow direction and have a good attitude
